In 2001 graduate Algonquin College in Animation. Move to London, England, work in Post-Production, become a Junior Editor working on Food shows and Documentaries for the BBC, then work at Passion Pictures as an Assistant Animator, under world renowned Directors on the World Cup, Disney and Universal Music. Start going from traditional animation to Motion Design.
2005 move back to Canada. Do a full children’s animated series fully in Adobe After effects. Editing and Motion Design for a series on The Comedy Network. Direct for MTV Canada. Start freelancing. Tech companies start reaching out for explainer videos.
2007 move to Montreal. Work at Frame Studio with top industry talent, upleveling my own abilities. Create content, experiential and traditional for Adidas, Cirque du Soliel, Toyota, GM, Sidlee and Cossette.
2010 back in Ottawa. Become a teacher at Algonquin College in the Graphic Design program. I teach Motion Design part-time for the next six years.
2012 Animation and VFX director on children’s series Beats in Bites with World Champion beatboxer Julia Dales.
2013 Co-founder of The Speakeasy Collective. A Motion Design studio based in Ottawa, servicing local and international clients.
2015 Motion Design Director and McMillan Agency in Ottawa. Lead and manage the agencies multi-award winning video team.
2020 work on the Broadcast team at Shopify. Create motion design for the major events and editions. Collaborate with BUCK on the 2021 Summit.
2022 - Present Join Acart as Motion Design Director. Lead the in-house video team on projects for Ottawa Senators, OC Transpo and Ingenium.

We were able to bring local and international clients our unique processes and creative work.
